Hey everyone I hope your having an amazing Friday! I am stoked today cause I get to share some amazing news about my client/friend Shanna. I have been taking their pictures for years so when I seen her post on Facebook that she was diagnosed with cancer it really took me by surprise. I was praying for her and the family every chance I could get. I couldn't imagine how her family felt, her sweet boys hearing that scary word about their mother. She kept everyone posted with updates on her Chemo and how things were going. She was a trooper and even kept working her full time job through the stress and pain madness that she was going through. I really look up to her for having a positive attitude and making the best of every day with the family and friends. I ran into her at the awards ceremony for our little ones and she was looking beautiful as ever. She had a stylish head wrap on and was flaunting it like a model. She mentioned that she was finding out in the next several days if the Chemo took and if she was cancer free. Just remember this is the beautiful mom that took me years to get her in a family picture but I knew I wanted to document this for her. So I asked If the answer was what we wanted would she like me to document such a important life changing event for her. And by surprise she said YES! Not Maybe, YESSSSSS! Not even 24 hours later I got the best message saying she was Cancer FREE and it was a go on a few pictures. We didn't let the rain or nothing stop us on capturing these amazing pictures. She looks so beautiful in these. Thank the LORD Shanna is Cancer free!
